I have used this for a few days and already see improvement.
I have chronic neck pain due to stress and this item helps in 3 ways:
1) The stretching brings relief to sharp pains and also reduces headaches caused by neck tension
2) Additionally, I have started using it at work as a deterrent from hunching while working (I don't inflate too much to stretch my neck, just enough to keep my shoulders down while focusing on the computer) and it has helped with posture.
3) The ice bag is a great upgrade from my gel pads because it is so much faster to get cold and use and covers my neck better.

In LOVE!! Oh this product is amazing. I have not used the ice pack the comes with it, I bought it for the back and neck problems I have. It is wonderful! It really does take the tension out of my upper back and neck. I can feel my spine elongating and my spinal muscles relaxing when I use it. My Back has been cramping less throughout the day and it has helped decrease the number of headaches I get each day.

Easy to use high quality product. You can fill air to adjust to your neck length and comfort level. I uses it while watching TV. My TV is mounted high so if i am watching TV for longer time my neck starts getting uneasy but this traction device provides enough support. its is so comfortable that I started using it while sleeping.

Excellent quality,This is great and has really helped me. Was unsure of this product but it was recommended to me by a friend. With my neck issues I had some relief right away. Now that is has been a few days I am liking it more and more.
It is made from quality materials. Much better than I expected. the part that inflates is a comfortable felt fabric. It is easy to use and the added ice bag is great in conjunction with the inflatable cushion. My neck feels great and I even got some of the nerve pain in my arm to go away. I would recommend this if you have neck pain or just want a good stretch.
Purchased on the advice of my physical therapist. So far, it has helped my cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in neck).. Seems like good quality and value for the price. The fabric covering is soft and non-irritating to the skin. Very easy to use.

Using as a travel pillow and find it much more comfortable than a regular one specifically made for that purpose. I like being able to increase and decrease inflation while wearing it.
